All buddha-tathagatas are the dharma-realm body, and they enter into the minds of all living beings. Therefore, when you contemplate a buddha in your mind, that very mind bears the thirty-two primary marks and the eighty secondary characteristics. This mind creates a buddha; this mind is a buddha.
