First, control your will. Second, I will not allow any evil deeds to enter my mind. Thirdly, if there is evil in your heart, let it go and seek good things. Fourth, if there is goodness in your heart, you must hold onto it and not let it go. (Nasho Bhikkhu Sutra Volume 1)
